Randy is a convert to a Catholicism who has been a true light for Christ in the mostly dim, business world.  He writes very heartfelt articles that are more of a "witness" to his own journey through life and busness.  You can find his work at a site he manages: "The Integrated Life" or he is published on The Catholic Business Journal often.

One article in particular that he wrote I have used and reviewed many times.  It's not necessarily religous but very much a ministirial piece that will help anyone in a job search or looking for that next contact.  He gives thourough instruction on how and why to use the business networking site Linked In.  This site is not facebook or twitter.  It is an efficient, professional way to connect with others on the web in the same industry, profession, etc.  There are Catholic sites that are trying this socially such as 4 Marks, but none that has the format as well geared toward business.  And Randy's article shows ways to get the most out of it.
